The homepage isn't a diagram of the product — it is the product. Every screen you see on this site is a real, sellable advertising position with a real dimension, a real price, and (once bought) a real advertiser's creative running live. Nothing is a mockup.

Two mechanics sit on top of that inventory: buying a position outright for a time window, and Bid for #1 — a time-boxed auction for the top spot on the public leaderboard. Money buys the window you hold it for, never a permanent rank, and every bid is free until one winner is charged.
